AI visibility

An AI Visibility Agency Measured Prompt by Prompt

You're a funded AI startup and you want to know, prompt by prompt, where AI engines name you and where they name a rival. We're the AI visibility agency that tracks the exact prompts your buyers ask across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode and Copilot, then fixes the ones you lose. For Viggle AI, cited pages went from 4 to 279.

Visibility is decided one prompt at a time

An AI engine doesn't rank your brand overall. It answers one question at a time, and each answer names a handful of products. Your visibility is the share of your buyers' prompts where you're one of them, and that share can be counted, engine by engine.

We can't tell which prompts we're losing

Someone on the team asked an AI engine once and saw a competitor. Nobody knows whether that happens on ten prompts or a hundred, or on which engines.

We can't tell if anything moved the answers

Pages shipped and mentions landed, but nobody re-asked the same prompts. Without a fixed set rerun every month, a win and a coincidence look the same.

We show up for the wrong questions

You appear when someone asks about a feature and vanish when they ask which tool to buy. The buying prompts are the ones that turn into signups.

What an AI visibility agency measures, and what it fixes

Every task starts from a prompt you're losing and ends with that prompt rerun. Google and Bing rankings are tracked alongside, because the pages that rank are often the ones answers cite.

01

A prompt set built from your sales calls

We turn the questions buyers ask your team into the prompts they type into AI engines, grouped by intent: best tool, alternatives, use case and pricing.

02

A prompt-by-engine scoreboard

For every prompt, which engines name you, which name a rival and which sources each answer cites. Rerun monthly on the same set.

03

Rankings that feed the answers

Google and Bing work on the pages answers draw from. ChatGPT search and Copilot draw on Bing's index, so Bing gets real attention here.

04

A cause and a fix for every lost prompt

Each lost prompt gets a diagnosis, such as a missing page, a weak source or a crawler block, and we ship the fix that addresses it.

05

Rival gains traced to their source

When a competitor starts appearing on a prompt you held, the report shows which page or third-party source put them there.

06

Signups reported next to visibility

AI referrals and organic signups tracked in your analytics, so each prompt you win sits beside the pipeline it drives.

Questions buyers ask us

How many prompts do you track?

Enough to cover every way a buyer asks for a product like yours, and no more. The count depends on your category and how many distinct use cases you sell into. We agree the set with you before the baseline, then hold it fixed, so a change from one month to the next reflects the answers and not a reshuffled list.

Why measure by prompt instead of an overall score?

Because an overall score hides the prompts that pay. You can gain on twenty feature questions and lose the one best-tool question that sends signups. Tracking each prompt on each engine shows which wins are worth having, and which losses need a fix this month rather than next quarter.

What does Bing have to do with AI visibility?

More than most teams expect. ChatGPT search and Copilot draw on Bing's index, so a page Bing ignores is a page those answers can't use. Plenty of startups have never opened Bing Webmaster Tools. We check indexing there alongside Google Search Console in the first month, because it's often the cheapest gap to close.

Can you get us mentioned across the prompts that matter?

We can raise how often you're named across a fixed set of buying prompts, but nobody can promise one prompt by a set date. We agree the set with you from real sales questions, rerun it monthly on every engine and trace each loss to a page, a source or a crawler block. Viggle AI's pages cited in AI answers went from 4 to 279, read against a fixed baseline.

How long before our visibility moves?

Technical fixes and page rewrites register first, once search and AI crawlers revisit. Mentions on third-party sources take longer to earn and longer to show up in answers. HeyOz reached page-one positions ten months after launching with a single homepage, which is a fair picture of the pace for a new domain. The first full read against the baseline comes at day 90.

Which engines matter most for our category?

It varies, which is why we measure all of them before choosing. For the same prompt, engines often cite different sources, and a brand can be strong on one and absent on another. The baseline shows where your buyers' prompts already name you and where they don't, and the roadmap is weighted toward the engines and prompts closest to signups.

Do you also fix how engines describe us?

Yes. The scoreboard logs not only whether you're named but how you're described. When an answer gets your category, buyer or pricing model wrong, we trace the source, usually an outdated page or a third-party listing, and correct it. Description fixes sit in the same roadmap as everything else, ranked by the prompts they affect.

Who runs the work day to day?

Amit Malvi leads every engagement. He spent four and a half years at Invideo AI, rising from SEO Executive to Senior SEO Manager, and owned its AI search programs. He reviews your prompt scoreboard each month and sets the next month's priorities from it, and the hands-on work is done under his review.
