Why do Full Service and Link Building have a three month minimum?
SEO and AI citations take time to move, and three months is the shortest period where results can be measured against the baseline. For Link Building and Brand Mentions, a placement requested in month one often goes live in month two, so a shorter term would not show the real output. SEO Consulting is month to month.
What happens with editorial or placement fees?
Some sites charge an editorial or placement fee for a link or a mention. That fee is never part of any plan. We tell you the fee before anything is agreed, you approve it, and you pay the site directly. The same applies to directories or review sites that require a paid subscription or listing fee.
Can we switch plans later?
SEO Consulting is month to month. Full Service SEO and AI Visibility and Link Building and Brand Mentions each have a three month minimum term. If your needs change, for example as a startup builds its own team, raise it in a monthly review and we will agree the next step together before anything changes, so you always know which plan and price apply.
Do you guarantee rankings or AI citations?
No. No one controls how Google, Bing or AI engines rank or cite pages, so we do not guarantee rankings or citations. What we do commit to is a baseline before any work starts and a monthly report that shows what moved against it, covering citations, rankings and signups or demos.
How many clients do you take on?
Only a few at a time, across B2B, SaaS and startup teams. The roster stays small on purpose, because strategy and execution are in the same hands and every account needs senior attention each week. If we cannot give your account that attention, we will say so on the free consultation rather than take the work.
What does month one look like?
On SEO Consulting and Full Service, month one includes the SEO and AI visibility audit and the baseline, followed by a prioritized roadmap. On Full Service the execution starts from that roadmap. On Link Building and Brand Mentions, month one covers prospecting, campaign setup and the first outreach, and placements usually start going live in month two.
Is the audit sold on its own?
No. The SEO and AI visibility audit is part of month one of either SEO Consulting at $999 per month or Full Service SEO and AI Visibility at $1,499 per month. It is not sold on its own at a separate fee, because an audit is only useful when someone acts on it.
Who does the work?
SearchAxe does the work, led by founder Amit Malvi, who spent four and a half years at Invideo AI and rose to Senior SEO Manager. He sets the strategy on every account and the hands-on work is done under his review. On SEO Consulting your team does the execution with his guidance.
